This is a big year. It's the 100th anniversary of the Holmenkoll Relay and KOK will be taking part for the first time!
It's happening on Saturday, May 13 and we're wondering:

KOK IL is a wonderful sports team with great courage and a love of running (or for some, jogging). And this year, we'd like to bring along a small selection of our members. Because in a way, you're part of the team!

We meet at 16:00 for distribution of start numbers, snacks and squats before everyone finds their own stage. The first leg leaves Bislett Stadium at 17:05. And at 19:00, all runners gather for a nice relay banquet at KOK Aker Brygge, with pizza, beer and soft drinks! 

We put together a team of KOK employees and KOKers for a sporty relay race.
