Why KOK has to shut down for four weeks
New measures have been introduced by the Norwegian authorities and all KOK’s saunas must therefore be closed for all guests from now and until January 15. 2022.
How will it affect my booking?
Team KOK is working hard to get an overview of the situation.
There is a high work pressure and a lot to get control over. We thank you for understanding that we are not able to answer everyone at once. We do, however, promise for all bookings to be moved to a future date. An email will arrive shortly with instructions for changing your booking.
Terms of purchase
In accordance with Norwegian law we do not do cancellations as the business has been closed down by the authorities, but you can change your booking for up to one year. You can do this until 72 hours before the booking starts by logging in with the link you received in the booking confirmation. If your booking date has passed (in the period of 15.12.21-15.01.22), send us an email and we will help you move the booking manually.
